Wayne is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a seasoned IT project manager for a multinational insurance company overseeing enterprise software delivery. Since 1986 Wayne has helped IT professionals in South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Holland and the USA.

Wayne holds a bachelors degree in Information Systems.Psychology and a MBA in e-Business. Wayne has lectured at Axia college. He develops project managers through multiple channels including his website, newsletter, blog, books and personal coaching. Wayne has held leadership positions as Director of Marketing for SNEC-PMI and Area Governor for Toastmasters International.
