The hard calls. How do you deal with them?Had to make a hard phone call this morning. What calls don't you want to make? Here are some calls that I don't want to make. 1. To the appliance company. "Hi, just want to report that my wash machine is broken. Please fix it, under warrantee". You just know that this is going to be a painful experience and suck the life out of your day.
